Itinerary
Start your safari with a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, tracking white rhinos in their natural habitat. Continue to Murchison Falls, where the Nile thunders through a narrow gorge. Settle into your lodge and enjoy your first African sunset.
Wake early for a game drive along the Nile’s northern banks. Spot elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and hippos in the wild. In the afternoon, board a boat for a thrilling cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, where hippos wallow, crocodiles sunbathe, and birds soar overhead.
Hike to the top of Murchison Falls for panoramic views. Then, journey through rolling hills and crater lakes to Kibale Forest, primate central, for an evening immersed in lush greenery.
Spend the morning trekking for chimpanzees, Uganda’s closest relatives. Listen to their calls and watch playful antics. Later, explore the Bigodi Wetlands or visit local communities to experience traditional Ugandan culture.
